How does the process work? All services begin with a personal consultation to determine a client's needs and then we work to create a plan of action that works best.
How do I get started? If you’re ready to get started you can purchase services here and we'll contact you within 24 hours to schedule your consultation.
What is infield? Infield is the process of sourcing the product virtually through research.
What is outfield? Outfield is the process of sourcing the product on location in local area stores.
What forms of payment do you accept? All Major Credit Cards, Venmo or CashApp
What if I’m not happy with my service? We aim for complete client satisfaction but in the event you are unhappy with services rendered we will do our very best to resolve the issue.
Can I get a refund? Unfortunately due to the nature of our services we do not offer refunds.
Can I bring my friends or significant other with me to my service? To keep the sessions personal and focused we unfortunately do not allow guests to attend sessions.
What if I need to reschedule my session? If you need to reschedule a 72-hour notice is required. Rescheduling with less than 72-hours notice is determined on a case by case basis depending upon our next open availability.
What if I’m running late for my session? Not to worry, we understand things happen so we offer a 30 minute grace period before cancelling your session.
How do you ship? That's totally up to you! If you have a shipping preference just let us know.
